Virginia Housing is excited to announce new maximum income and sales price limits across all areas in Virginia, effective for applications on or after August 19, 2025. These changes aim to enhance accessibility to housing opportunities throughout the state.
Key Changes to Housing Limits
Higher Grant Limits: There will be increased grant limits, standard/bond, and expanded/non-bond limits across all regions of Virginia.
Targeted Area Limits: Higher targeted area limits will also be implemented across all regions of Virginia. Click here for the targeted area map.
Warren County Update: Warren County is now classified as part of All Other Areas of Virginia.
