Healthy Homemade Chocolate Brownies for Valentine's day 2022

Ingredients:


Brownies -


11 ounces of sugar-free chocolate baking chips

6 large eggs

One teaspoon of vanilla essence

Pinch of Himalayan salt


Sause -


Four tablespoons of butter

Half a cup of thick whipping cream

One cup of sugar-free caramel baking chips

One tablespoon of Monk fruit sweetener

One teaspoon of caramel or maple syrup essence

Half a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt



Directions:


Brownies -


Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Lightly spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with non-stick spray

Line the baking dish with parchment paper

Melt the chocolate chips

Beat the eggs slightly until completely mixed

Add the melted chocolate chips to the eggs

Add the vanilla essence and Himalayan salt, stir well

Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 minutes

Cut into blocks

Set aside to let them cool


Sause -


Melt the butter in a small saucepan

Add the Monk fruit sweetener and stir until dissolved

Slowly add the whipping cream

Add salt and caramel essence

Take off the stove heat

Stir and add the caramel baking chips until fully melted


Pour a teaspoon of caramel sauce over each brownie and let cool

You can decorate them any way you like. Wrap in a pretty box & bow to give to your Valentine!
